Engineering continues to monitor the issue causing some users joining Microsoft Teams meetings via VIMT to experience intermittent degraded audio or video quality. Our teams remain actively engaged with the vendor on the underlying network issue. A vendor-side mitigation is still in progress, and Cisco teams are continuing to monitor traffic routing and service performance while we await confirmation that the issue has been fully resolved. Until resolution is confirmed and validated, customers may continue to experience intermittent media quality degradation and regional call routing changes during peak usage periods. We will provide the next update within 24 hours, or sooner if there is a significant change in status. Thank you for your patience while we work to address this service incident.
